The farm is seeking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of the Junior Foreman in the crops and horticulture section at BUSE Farm Trust

Assist senior foreman in supervising daily field  and horticulture operations.

Allocate duties to general hands and monitor productivity, quality and time management.

Supervise land preparation, planting and other field operations.

Maintain daily records, labour returns, input issue register

knowledge of irrigation methods, chemical handling and record keeping

Minimum of three (3) Ordinary level passes;

Three (3) years work experience;

Basic knowledge in various crops production and

Should be able to read and write

Strong communication interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Willingness to learn
