Duties
Collect and Analyse Data
Assist in collecting, cleaning, analysing, and interpreting data from various university information systems to support evidence-based decision-making.
Develop Data Visualisations and Reports
Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualisations that present institutional data in a clear and meaningful manner for management and other stakeholders.
Support Data Management
Assist in maintaining data quality by validating, cleansing, and documenting datasets while ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
Develop Analytical Models
Participate in the development and testing of statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to support institutional planning, research, and operational improvements.
Collaborate on Data-Driven Projects
Work with academic and administrative departments to identify data needs, support research initiatives, and contribute to projects that leverage data analytics to improve university services.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
Graduated within the last 2 years.
Minimum degree class: 2.1.
Skills
Knowledge of Python and/or R programming.
Understanding of statistics and data analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
