Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and
comfort in guest rooms and public areas to maximize customer satisfaction. Additionally,
the job seeks to provide a welcoming atmosphere through housekeeping tasks,
such as cleaning, making beds, replenishing amenities, and addressing guest
requests or complaints professionally. 

Ensuring
that the check-in and check-out process runs as smoothly as possible and that
guests are escorted to the correct room;

Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and
polite manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction;

Change bed linen and make beds;

Replace used towels;

Sweep and mop floors and carpets;

Dusting furniture;

Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo);

Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar;

Clean public areas such as corridors;

Report any technical issues and maintenance needs;

Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services);

Help guests retrieve lost items;

Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift;

Must be able to prepare all the types of meals as requested by the customers.

Degree in Tourism and Hospitality
Management

·                    
5 years’ work experience in the catering
industry is preferred
