Maintaining records related to fish production, including fish
growth rates, consumables, and non-consumables.

Maintaining an inventory of all assets in the Aquaculture Unit.
·
Ensuring maintenance of all equipment in the Aquaculture Unit.
·
Maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring optimum fish
health and biosecurity.
·
Supervising staff in the Aquaculture Unit.
·
Coordinating aquaculture-related research carried out by
lecturers and students
·
Coordinating the establishment of a Hatchery Unit.
·
Supervising interns who may be assigned to the Aquaculture Unit.
·
Compiling regular reports related to the Aquaculture Unit.
·
Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned.
·
Overseeing the rearing and harvesting of fish.
